Style AND Function

I’ve had the Manhattan for around a week prior to this review and I absolutely love it. I’m a student and frequently bring my backpack to work so I wanted to invest in something high quality, that will last. The way it looks is very stylish and modern, yet the high quality leather gives it this timeless look. I find a lot of utility from the many pockets inside the bag, filling every inch with something useful. The Manhattan has fully made me a backpack person. As a result however, likely due to a lack of padding on the straps, I find myself fatigued near the shoulders after long days on campus. This is remedied by putting the backpack into briefcase mode thanks to the side handle and magnets to keep the straps in place. Ultimately though that would be my only recommendation; to add some kind of padding to the straps for those times where maybe your pack is heavier or if you’re using it frequently for several hours. Outside of that I do plan on purchasing the leather care kit to maximize the amount of time I will get out of this pack. With all leather products though the aging is the best part! Overall I couldn’t recommend the Manhattan enough if you’re looking for a high quality, stylish pack that will likely get you some compliments for work or school. This was my first Andar product and it definitely won’t be the last!

First class

It’s first class quality. The leather and craftsmanship are top of line. It fFEELS like a great bag… not too heavy… Yer it’s spacious enough to pack for an overnight travel while still comfortably fitting your laptop and office essentials. Happy I made the purchase and laughing that I hesitated.
