When Carrying What Matters, Care Is Part of the Craft!

Our materials are made to go with you—every day, everywhere. With the right care, they’ll age beautifully and develop character over time. We do suggest regular cleaning and conditioning for all Andar products to keep them looking their best. 

Canvas 

Built for everyday wear. Designed to keep up.

1. Brush it off
   Remove loose dirt with a dry cloth or soft brush.

2. Clean with intention
   Mix warm water with a small amount of mild soap.

3. Lightly scrub
   Use a soft brush or cloth—no harsh pressure.

4. Wipe clean
   Remove any residue with a damp cloth.

5. Let it breathe
   Air dry naturally. No heat, no shortcuts.

Active Bags (Durable Nylon)

Lightweight. Tough. Ready for anything.

1. Empty and shake out
   Remove debris from inside and pockets.

2. Spot clean first
   Use a damp cloth with mild soap to target dirty areas.

3. Wipe or gently scrub
   For deeper cleaning, use a soft brush or cloth—keep it gentle.

4. Rinse lightly
   Wipe away soap with a clean, damp cloth.

5. Air dry completely
   Hang or lay flat to dry. Avoid heat and machine drying.

Suede

Soft. Textured. Meant to be worn in, not worn out.

1. Restore the nap
   Use a suede brush to lift dirt and revive texture.

2. Erase the marks
   Gently remove scuffs with a suede eraser.

3. Spot treat when needed
   Dab lightly with a small amount of suede cleaner or white vinegar.

4. Air dry fully
   Give it time—suede rewards patience.

5. Brush again
   Bring back that soft, natural finish.

Leather

Full-grain. Built to last. Better with time.

1. Wipe it down
   Use a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove surface dirt.

2. Clean simply
   Apply a small amount of leather cleaner or mild soap.

3. Keep it light
   Gently wipe—never soak the leather.

4. Dry right away
   Use a clean cloth to remove moisture.

5. Condition regularly
   Maintain softness and encourage a rich, natural patina.
