Loved both cases for my Apple devices! Both were made with quality material and the leather feels great.! Not easily Steined or ripped. Highly recommend these products for new users!

This is a nice case. The materials are top-notch. Because the material is natural, it’s not as perfectly aligned as if made from synthetic materials. This is a trade-off for natural. I’m fine with it. I believe Andar has done a fantastic job of creating high-quality products from natural resources. I would highly recommend.

The Andar Mav leather, design and weight changes the feel and the use of your IPad, by its quality leather and simplicity

The Mav both met and surpassed my expectations. I heard about it from a review from Mark Ellis Reviews and could see it was exactly what I was looking for. There are only a few leather iPad cases available and the Mav was the only one I could find with a tri-fold folio design which I was looking for.

I am quite particular when buying cases for my iPad and the Mav was perfect. The sleek, minimal design shows off the iPad and looks beautiful with a gorgeous leather feel and the smell is still strong nearly a week later. The trifold folding of the iPad works perfectly (not stiff like some reviews mentioned) and feels sturdy. Folding it halfway isn't as secure but is very when done fully. Sleeps and wakes the iPad (Pro 11" 3rd Gen) perfectly.

The colour of the Camel Tan version is perfect and looks exactly as I expected from the product photos. It makes my iPad look and feel premium and well worth the cost (mile ahead of Apple's leather cases). I love that in comes in such an array of colours. Lighter tan colours like this one are very hard to find. The cloth bag was a nice touch.

Shipping to the UK was very expensive with only the fast FedEx shipping available. While I would have still likely have gone for it as was a birthday present and needed it quickly, a longer but cheaper option would be appreciated for future purchases which aren't time constrained. Shipping though was excellent and came a couple of days early which was marvellous.

Overall, if you want a leather iPad case in a folio style (tri-fold), then buy this. It's well worth the premium and I have no doubts it will last. The downside is you'll likely want to finish the collection and encase your other devices. I for one, am particularly attracted to the Helm as I have already leathered up my iPhone and AirPods Pro with other brands.

1 I love the name. I have a son named Maverick so it just caught my eye. Recently I just purchased an iPad. I, personally, was afraid to use it until I had “protection.” I knew the quality would be good because I have other products from Andar! However, this one blew me away. It created such a sleek look and provides protection to the entire iPad. I highly recommend.

The Mav is a stunning case made with clearly premium leather. While not flawless, it is still an excellent purchase. The leather looks just as good in person as it does on the site. The smell is wonderful, 3 weeks have past and it still gives that great leather smell. It's nicely compact and doesn't add any bulk. The only weakness might be that the Apple Pencil can easily be knocked off the side, but if you want the sleek design this is worth dealing with. That aside, it really is a great case. The customer service is also excellent. I had trouble with my initial order, but they responded quickly to fix the issue.

I’ve used Mac devices for decades and at one time or another have tried just about every type of case and cover out there. Nothing compares to the high quality, style, classy looks, texture and functionality of Andar’s products, and this case is truly exceptional! I’m using it with a 2021 iPad Air 5 which it fits perfectly. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful piece and is an excellent iPad case. The leather is high quality.

Overall, excellent quality finishing and oozes of premium materials. That said, the top microphone cutouts do not completely line up with the iPad's microphone ports.

So, it is a very pretty design protection and the leather is very pleasant. However, I am not happy with this item.

The real dissatisfaction it comes to the use and quality of this product.
Indeed, the front cover which is said to be magnetic is not really magnetic (at least for the article I have): After a few months of use, the side part which connects the two sides has loosened . When I close, the front cover does not sit correctly (straight, just right) on the screen surface. Suddenly the screen of the iPad remains open without noticing. I also realized that the « closing by magnetism » function does not work every time even if the cover is placed correctly (if closed correctly with attention). I have to press lightly to hear the sound of the screen closing by magnetism.
In conclusion, I have to close it each time with attention, which is not practical at all.

Also, the face that comes over the iPad screen is fibrous (like suede). It is an inappropriate leather treatment on which a lot of dust, hair and other small particles that come into contact cling. In addition, it is a part that touches everywhere when it is folded for very frequent "screen standing" use. Already it is very annoying visually. But also technically it's not great for the iPad screen which can be scratched faster and badly. So I have to be careful if something got caught on it.

One last point (not very serious but…): I bought it for my iPad pro generation 5. I find that it is not completely compatible with generation 5. The depth of generation 5 is a little larger than the older generations (if i am not wrong). The case therefore remains a bit small for generation 5. Technically, this is not a blocking point but after my negative experiences listed below, I also wanted to make this comment.

It's protection that doesn't work for me. I am disappointed with my purchase.

As always, Andar makes one of the best leather quality products! The Mav is a snug fit for my iPad and it matches with my Helm case!

I wish the loop/ clasp on the upper left by the camera was a little bigger for sturdiness sake, but I think that’s just my mechanical engineer mind wanting to over build everything. It seems to be plenty sturdy. A quality product… My friends and wife after seeing it wanted one also.

Best iPad leather case I could found. At first I ordered the wrong size, but Andar was able to help me get a return/refund. Communication with the customer team was via email and was a little slow.

This new cover is fantastic!

I got the Mac for my iPad Pro 12.9” and I must say that the quality is fine. One thing about leather is that if you take care of it, it will last forever. Nothing like rubber or silicone cases, over time no matter how careful you are it’ll deteriorate somehow.

I went through tons of reviews on all sorts of makes and models for my iPad Pro. The Mav tends to draw me back to it. Glad I made the purchase. It’s a bit pricy, but I always say you get what you pay for.

The case looks and feels good but my case had a fitting issue in the camera bump area. It's been a while since I received it but it still hasn't molded to the iPad. I would give a 5 star if not for this issue

Love the feel and the quality of case. I would highly recommend buying.
