This is my 6th purchase from Andar over the last couple of years. I'm on my second iPhone case (changed phones), I have a case for my AirPods, MacBook Pro, a Stevie bag for my wife, and most recently my iPad. I went back to Andar after my recent iPad purchase because I don't have to guess about what's actually going to show up at my door. There are lots of good-looking cases online but you just never know if it's some nonsense that a drop-shipper picked up from Ali-Express. The leather cases from Andar aren't just a safe bet, they're a joy and a treasure. They feel good to hold and touch and look good even after they've aged (MBP case is going on 2 years old). And, the smell. The smell alone is worth the price of admission.
I dropped my iPad at the top of the stairs as my dog passed me full speed. As the iPad 12.9 in the Mav case slipped off my MacBook it tumbled down about 20 stairs and crashed into a baby gate. I thought for sure it was done for, however, ZERO DAMAGE. A+

The Mav both met and surpassed my expectations. I heard about it from a review from Mark Ellis Reviews and could see it was exactly what I was looking for. There are only a few leather iPad cases available and the Mav was the only one I could find with a tri-fold folio design which I was looking for.
I am quite particular when buying cases for my iPad and the Mav was perfect. The sleek, minimal design shows off the iPad and looks beautiful with a gorgeous leather feel and the smell is still strong nearly a week later. The trifold folding of the iPad works perfectly (not stiff like some reviews mentioned) and feels sturdy. Folding it halfway isn't as secure but is very when done fully. Sleeps and wakes the iPad (Pro 11" 3rd Gen) perfectly.
The colour of the Camel Tan version is perfect and looks exactly as I expected from the product photos. It makes my iPad look and feel premium and well worth the cost (mile ahead of Apple's leather cases). I love that in comes in such an array of colours. Lighter tan colours like this one are very hard to find. The cloth bag was a nice touch.
Shipping to the UK was very expensive with only the fast FedEx shipping available. While I would have still likely have gone for it as was a birthday present and needed it quickly, a longer but cheaper option would be appreciated for future purchases which aren't time constrained. Shipping though was excellent and came a couple of days early which was marvellous.
